Step 1: Manager Consult
First step of the process is we undertake a consultation with management to understand the business needs and how the conflict is impacting the business.
Step 2: Staff Consults
We work with the staff members involved to understand where the dispute arose, how it developed and how they see it being resolved.
Step 3: Mediation Session
We will facilitate mediation sessions with individuals, teams and management to resolve conflict and to develop agreements moving forward.
Step 4: Document Issue
We will draft and complete the heads of agreement based on the agreements reached between staff during the session.
